When we send you an invoice for your order, you might notice that the prices we charge you are slightly higher than what’s listed on our website. Why is that? Well, all of our online orders are processed through our third-party partner, Bookshop.Org. Bookshop has a massive warehouse and access to thousands of titles. Because they buy and house thousands of books directly from the publisher, they can offer a slight discount. We (the brick and mortar staff) are a super small independent bookstore that cannot provide those same discounts and can only sell books at the full retail value. Thanks for understanding!
